    • What does your service include?
      We will follow a list of cleaning duties that are tailored to your exact requirements, however a standard clean includes cleaning all bedrooms, sanitising bathrooms, disinfecting and cleaning the kitchen, dusting the living room and wiping the hallways and staircases.
    • Will you carry out any special requests?
      On request we can clean the interior of your windows, fold and organise clothes, water plants, feed pets, do the laundry, put it away and even do the ironing.
    • Can I book an hourly clean?
      Yes we can clean by the hour or on a more regular basis.
    • Is there a contract?
      There are no contracts involved. We only ask you to give us a 7-day notice if you want to terminate your regular cleaning subscription.
    • Do I need to supply you with cleaning products and equipment?
      If you have your own equipment, we can use your cleaning detergent, sponges, cloths, mop and broom. However, if you would rather that we supply our own cleaning products and equipment, we can bring our own for just €6 and €10.
    • Can I change the date and time of my house cleaning service?
      Yes, we will first check our availability and see if we can come at another time. If we aren’t available, we can send another cleaner.
    • Why is the one-off service is more expensive?
      If you book our regular service you can benefit from a discount.
