Here’s a little bit more about us.

Hi, I’m Eva Sanchez Garcia, the founder of Tu Casa en Rincon, alongside my partner and sister, Belen Sanchez. Both of us know and love Rincon. It's the place we’ve chosen to raise our families. Between us, we have four children, all of whom attend local schools.

We’ve lived in this part of Spain for more than 30 years and know it inside out. When we’re not managing properties, we’re busy exploring the coastline and hiking in the mountains in Andalusia.

As homeowners and holiday renters ourselves, we understand first-hand the issues you encounter as a property owner. Cleaning is tedious, maintenance tiresome and marketing a tricky thing to get right.
